A combination of empirically driven insights that harmonize with a personally oriented structure, facilitated through exercises, practices, and teachings that encourage growth and choice through engaging in flow states
At Tercet Modus, we draw from a wide range of tools and perspectives, some of which engage with the deeper, more spiritual dimensions of life. Yet our approach is not about mysterious powers or inaccessible insight. What we offer is built on study, lived experience, and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
We believe that meaningful understanding is never the sole possession of someone else, nor dependent on special qualities you lack. Instead, we work with methods that invite you into the process, making clarity and growth something you can own and carry forward yourself.
Our clients often bring their own practices, traditions, and perspectives into their journey, and these can be woven into the process in ways that are authentic and beneficial. Whether rooted in tradition or innovation, spirituality or practicality, common frameworks or unique ones, what matters most is that it resonates with you and supports your path.
My path here has been anything but linear. I am rooted in mathematics, sciences, and art, drawn to the clarity of patterns and the elegance of structure. From a relatively young age, I have always expanded myself by becoming immersed in philosophy and comparative religion, searching for the threads of wisdom that run through human experience. Along the way, I have worked in academic spaces, spiritual contexts, within corporate and non-profit organizations, on sports fields, and in other collaborative interpersonal spaces - all places where people wrestle with growth, responsibility, and possibility in real time. Through these experiences, I have helped many diverse individuals of all ages find clarity in the world, develop new understanding for life, and set a positive path forward.
For myself, I have been given many experiences and opportunities to grow and learn from many types of teachers. Teaching and parenting taught me the practice of living as full a life as possible so that those who depend on me can do the same, if not more. Working in business settings helped give me distinct perspective on balancing the external pressure of chasing growth against the internal pressure to pursue deeper meaning. Living with neurodivergence gave me both creative perspective and distinct challenges, often at the same time. Within GSRM communities and through my own identity, I learned that authenticity is not a luxury; it is both survival and joy. Each of these roles and identities reshaped me, broadened my view, and compelled me to grow beyond the edges of what I thought I knew.
From all of it, what I’ve carried forward is simple: people flourish not through rigid formulas or abstract ideals, but through practices of meaning, attention, and courage. My coaching weaves evidence and intuition with innovation on clients personal traditions and experiences so that tehy can uncover what’s already within and step more fully into the life they are building.
