Guided mindfulness and meditation exercises to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your overall well-being.
A typical session includes any one or combination of stillness, creative, and moving meditations, with adaptive considerations provided as able.

Guided group facilitation to increase community connection, develop in-person engagement, and support common identities & interests.
Sessions often include pre-structured activities and guided discussions designed around the common interest of the group.
